Joshua Feldmark – Executive Director
Joshua Feldmark splits his time as Executive Director of Our Maryland, the state’s largest digital platform for telling the progressive movement’s stories, and Bike Maryland, Maryland’s bicycling advocacy organization. Previously, Joshua was a consultant for Resource Evolution and was the founding Director of the Howard County Office of Environmental Sustainability. Joshua was a consultant with Dismantling Racism Works, the Executive Director of a Washington DC based environmental advocacy nonprofit and an AmeriCorps member. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology from Rutgers University and summa cum laude with a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.
Tracy Leatherberry – Digital Director
Tracy Leatherberry is a communications professional with over eight years of experience. With a background in public policy. Tracy has worked with organizations like Rock the Vote, Common Cause and Mobilize.org, where she created web-based and in-person programs to engage millennials in the voting process, and educate them on the issues and policies most relevant to them. In her most recent opportunity, Tracy worked to expand civic engagement using social media and mobile content for members at the American Society for Interior Designers. Tracy has worked with multiple web and text messaging platforms, and communications analytics tools. A native North Carolinian, Tracy holds a degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University. When she is not doing communications work she is writing and producing podcasts with friends and creating marketing and branding plans for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
